We came up with a raw chocolate sauce recipe a few years ago, and its very good. But if we're honest, its a bit too much of a faff to make regularly. So we had to come up with a newer, easy raw chocolate sauce recipe. We hope you enjoy it, as its just 3 ingredients (optionally 4), takes a few minutes to make and doesn't require any serious equipment.
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Elements for Life Raw Cacao Powder
- 4 tbsp Sweet Freedom
- 3 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted
- a sprinkle of vanilla powder (optional)
Method
- Place the raw cacao powder in a bowl
- Add the melted virgin coconut oil and Sweet Freedom (or your favourite liquid sweetener)
- Mix and stir, and mix and stir, getting rid of any lumps until you have a smooth sauce
- Pour over some fresh fruit or raw ice cream and enjoy.
That's it!

Any you have left can be kept in the fridge for a couple of weeks in a sealed jar or bottle, just liquefy it again by standing the container in warm water before using
