These little cacao brownie bites are pure joy in edible form; rich, grounding, and gently energising. Made with our Serendipity Ceremonial Cacao and raw cacao butter, they’re packed with heart-opening goodness and that unmistakable touch of cacao magic. Perfect to share in circle, gift to a loved one, or savour mindfully as a moment of everyday celebration.
Ingredients
- 200g of ground almonds
- 150g of sliced almonds
- 2-3 tbsps of Sweet Freedom Natural Syrup (or raw honey)
- 2 tbsps of almond butter
- 2 tsps of Elements for Life Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- A dash of water, for binding if needed
For enrobing the brownie bites:
- 60g of Elements for Life Raw Cacao Butter
- 40g of Elements for Life Serendipity Ceremonial Cacao
- 2 tbsps of Elements for Life Raw Cacao Powder
- 3 tbsps of Sweet Freedom or raw honey
To decorate (optional):
- Rose petals
- Edible gold leaf
- Freeze dried raspberries

Instructions
- In a high-powered food processor, blitz all your brownie bites together until a dough forms
- Wet your hands and form into bit sized balls. Place on a plate and chill in the freezer whilst you make the coating.
- In a small saucepan, gently melt the ceremonial cacao and cacao butter, then stir in the cacao powder and sweetener thoroughly. Set aside to cool to room temperature
- Take your balls out of the freezer and coat each brownie bit in the cacao covering
- Garnish with the edible decorations and enjoy as is or pop in the freezer overnight for a more solid and cooling treat.
