Heart Opening Iced Ceremonial Cacao Drink

Celebrate and embrace summer with our heart opening iced ceremonial cacao drink, a perfect way to connect to yourself and Mother Earth once again. Refreshing and very easy to whip up!

Ingredients

• 25g-35g of Elements for Life Virgin Ceremonial Cacao, finely chopped or grated
• 100-200ml of almond milk/any dairy free milk
• 1-2 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar, Sweet Freedom, or raw honey, adjust for your preferred sweetness
• Handful of ice cubes
• Wildflowers, for garnish

Instructions

1. Gently warm your water or milk in a pan
2. Carefully chop or grate your ceremonial cacao, weigh the amount you want and add the cacao
3. As it melts mix in well with a whisk. You can blitz in with a hand blender for a creamier, frothier drink
4. Turn off the heat and allow your drink to cool to a room temp (you can stick it in the fridge to cool quicker
5. Serve in your favourite ceremonial cup and sweeten to taste, add your ice cubes and wildflowers, and enjoy
