Ingredients
- 25g Elements for Life Virgin Ceremonial Cacao, melted with 2 tbsps of coconut cream and cooled - (plus extra for topping, if desired)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup your preferred milk
- 2-3 cubes of ice
- 2 tablespoons coconut blossom sugar, Sweet Freedom, or raw honey, adjust for your preferred sweetness
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional toppings: Fresh berries, edible flowers, freeze-dried raspberries, edible gold leaf
Instructions
- Simply blend all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and serve right away with additional topping, enjoy!
