This recipe came about when we had a friend round for an impromptu meal one Sunday and a spur-of-the-moment dessert was needed. Its so quick and easy to make, and tastes amazing, at least that's what our mate Derek said!

  1. Carefully open the tin of coconut milk without shaking it first, pour off the liquid which can be saved for later in a smoothie, spoon the thick coconut cream in to a bowl
  2. Add the raw cacao powder and Sweet Freedom
  3. Mix together really well, making sure there are no lumps
  4. Spoon in to serving bowls, top with ground cacao nibs, chocolate flakes or garnish of your choice

You can make the mousse richer by adding more cacao powder, and adjust the sweetness by adding more to your preference.
