Summer Super Power Smoothie


Smoothies are great any time of the day or year, but somehow they taste even better during the summer. Its probably all that lovely fresh fruit that's available this time of year. The other thing about smoothies that are great, is they are so simple to make in a matter of minutes.

Here's our a quick and simple recipe for a Summer Super Power Smoothie that's sure to be a winner.

  • 200g Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 500ml Milk of choice
  • 1 Avocado
  • 30g Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • 2tsp Maca
  • Raw Cacao Nibs
  • Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Powder


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender

  2. Blitz for 1-2 minutes until smooth
  3. Pour in to glasses
  4. Sprinkle with vanilla powder and grinder raw cacao nibs on top

Yet another great thing about smoothies is how versatile they are. You can pretty much chop and change any ingredient with what you have to hand or have a preference for.

Try adding a selection of berries, mango, kiwi. If you use frozen berries straight from the freezer, then your smoothie is instantly chilled.

Why not add some bee pollen or seeds for extra texture and oomph!
