Let’s cool down this summer with our 5 ingredient raw cacao fudge lollies. Couldn’t be any easier and the result is an ultra-creamy, cooling and delicious raw cacao fudge lolly using our raw cacao powder and raw cacao butter. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free so everyone can enjoy this refreshing treat.

Makes 5 lollies
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 6-8 hours freezing
Ingredients
- 400ml of coconut milk
- 3-4 tablespoons Sweet Freedom (or your preference of liquid sweetener)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Elements for Life raw cacao powder
- 60g Elements for Life raw cacao butter
- Dried edible flowers (optional)
Method
- In a small saucepan, melt your cacao butter gently, then add your coconut milk and whisk slowly until combined
- After a couple of minutes, whisk in your chosen sweetener and the raw cacao powder
- You should now have a thick and creamy (which smells heavenly!) consistency by now. Pour in your ice lolly moulds and top off with some dried flowers, if desired. Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day
