- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup/Sweet Freedom
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Elements for Life raw cacao powder
- 80g of Elements for Life raw cacao butter

Method
- Over a very low heat, melt your cacao butter. Once completely melted, add your chosen sweetener and chopped dates. Turn the heat off and allow to cool down
- In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, desiccated coconut and raw cacao powder. Pour in the melted raw cacao butter which has cooled a little at this stage and mix well
- As soon as the mixture comes together, take a teaspoon and roll the mixture in between your hands. Be quick at this stage as the raw cacao butter will set if you don’t work with the mixture quick enough
- Roll your fudge balls in the coconut chips and set to one side to set. This should take around 10 minutes or so at room temperature.
