Description

Common mugwort, Artemisia vulgaris, has a long history of herbal use dating back to at least the early Iron Age.

Mugwort is also known as sailor's tobacco, naughty man, old man, felon herb, chrysanthemum weed, wild wormwood, riverside wormwood, old Uncle Henry.

Uses

To make a herbal infusion

Take 1-2 tbsp of mugwort and add to a cup of hot water just off the boil. Leave to infuse for 5 mins, strain and enjoy.

Can also be smoked or used as a smudge for space cleansing and grounding.

Allergy Awareness
Packaged in premises that use nuts. All our products are free from dairy, soy, gluten and GMOs. Can trigger hayfever or allergic asthma. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
