Raw chocolate hitting the mainstream
We don't own a telly, in fact we haven't done for about 3 years now, which means that often, the first we hear about something is from folks when we're out doing our events. Such a case happened this weekend, when we had 3 or 4 people asking us specifically for raw cacao powder and mentioned Hugh F-W's River Cottage programme on Channel 4. Intrigued we asked more and it seems that a fab raw chocolate ganache tart recipe was featured.
Now it's safe to say that we don't need telling twice just how amazing raw chocolate is and also just how versatile it is too. I think it's also safe to say that from the comments and feedback we get, our lovely customers think so too. So it really is great to see that raw chocolate is starting to make it's mark on the wider world.
If you've not seen the programme, it well worth a watch, as it gives some great recipes and certainly shows how versatile veg is.
