How to Enjoy in 3 Easy Steps
  1. Add 3 teaspoons to a mug while you gently warm some milk of your choice. Our favourite is homemade cashew nut milk as it makes the ultimate thick and creamy hot chocolate!
  2. Pour a small amount of warm milk into your mug, stir into a paste, before adding the remaining milk
  3. Sit back and enjoy

For an extra frothy hot choc, add the powder to your pan while you warm the milk and blitz it with a stick blender.

Too Hot for Hot Choc?

Just add your milk of choice, the hot choc blend and a couple of ice cubes to a blender and blitz away. Instant raw chocolate shake.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It never disappoints

"I have been buying the Elements for Life raw hot chocolate powder for several years. It never disappoints. The lower GI coconut blossom sugar is sweet enough to add a touch of richness and compliments the cocoa beautifully. It is my afternoon daily treat."

FAQ

You can, but we'd recommend using a milk of your choice for the best results. Our blends are 100% vegan and contain no added milk powders or fats, so using a milk (dairy or plant-based) gives you that creamy, rich texture and helps bring out the full flavour of the chocolate.

Many of our customers use oat milk. It gives the creamiest, thickest result and pairs beautifully with the cacao. Hazelnut, almond and coconut milk all work well too. We do love a spot of homemade cashew or macadamia milk for an extra rich, velvety finish. Any milk you enjoy will work, dairy or plant.

Coconut blossom sugar is made from the dried nectar of the coconut palm flower. It has a naturally low glycaemic index (GI), a rich caramel-like flavour, and is a popular unrefined alternative to regular sugar. Despite the name, it doesn't taste of coconut, just a lovely, deep sweetness.

Each 175g tin makes approximately 9 servings, based on 3 heaped teaspoons per cup. You may get a few more or fewer depending on how strong you like your hot chocolate!

Unlike most shop-bought hot chocolates, our blends contain no dairy, refined sugar, or artificial ingredients. They're made with real cacao and naturally sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, so you get a richer, more authentic chocolate flavour without any of the usual nasties.

Yes. All our cacao is tested and meets the requirements for UK/EU legislation.

Cadmium occurs naturally in soil and is present in trace amounts in most cacao worldwide. Research from WHO and FAO has found that cocoa products are actually a minor source of dietary cadmium compared to staple foods like grains, potatoes and vegetables.
