I loved the chocolaty taste with some sharp fruity zing. I also found it filling so you don't need as much to feel full!

I eat them for breakfast - they are the perfect hit of slow-release energy and they keep me focused and free from snacking almost until lunch time. I like to work in the early mornings and these little squares are the perfect thing to grab and take upstairs with my tea so I can crack on. It felt kind of decadent at first but as the ingredients are raw and really good quality with lots of slow-release energy, they don't give me the foggy-headed feeling I would get from refined sugar.
