Goji Berries, also known as wolfberries, are the fruit from Lycium barbarum, native to Southeast Europe and Asia. They have actually been naturalised in the UK for at least 200 years. They have a long history of use both as a food and in traditional Chinese medecine.

Packed full of nutrients including 11 essential and 22 trace minerals, 18 amino acids and 6 essential vitamins, being particularly high in iron, selenium and vitamin B2.
