Raw Chocolate Chia Pudding


A decadent creamy chocolate pudding that's worth indulging yourself for. This is the first guest recipe to our site, so if it inspires you send us your recipes and we'll publish the best.

raw chocolate chia puddingIngredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seed
  • 1-cup water (use judgment as this is to soak the chia in)
  • 2- 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1-tablespoon lucuma powder
  • Sweet Freedom, raw honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 mango (skin off and stone out)


  1. Soak the chia in water for at least an hour (overnight is better). The chia will swell
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender if you want to serve straight away, otherwise place in the fridge
  4. Top with fruit and serve
