Last Postal Dates
Due to the combination of the usual seasonal rise in parcel shipments and the effects of postal worker strike action (we're posting updates here), Royal Mail have brought forward their recommended last postal dates.
With this in mind, our recommended last postal dates for all services are:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Fri 17th Dec
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Mon 19th Dec
Courier - 11am Tues 20th Dec
We're experiencing significantly more delays to parcels sent via Royal Mail than in previous years. Though we're pleased to say that most are still getting delivered, its just taking time.
Opting for the courier shipping service when you checkout is a better option for Christmas delivery. Be aware delays are starting to build in some courier networks.
Please note that these services are not guaranteed though every effort is made for delivery prior to Christmas.

Winter Shutdown
We will be closing down for our winter shutdown and giving the cacao faeries a well-deserved rest.
Woolley Wonkaland will be closed from 4pm 20th Dec to 11am Mon 9th Jan 2023
You will be able to place orders during this time, but please note no orders will be processed, no emails or calls answered and we'll be putting our feet up enjoying ourselves!
