Delivery & Returns

We offer Fast Free Delivery on orders over £60 to UK mainland.

The delivery cost is calculated individually for each order - you may obtain an estimate of the cost for your order from your shopping cart using the "Estimate Shipping Cost" section.

UK Delivery

For mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands) delivery is free if you spend over £60, otherwise price is calculated during checkout.

Orders may be sent by Royal Mail First or Second Class Postage, First Class Recorded Delivery or by courier. At checkout, you may be given delivery options at varying cost.

We aim to get your order in the post the day after you order, often the same day if you order early enough. Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing and 3-5 working days for delivery. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. International orders will be sent to you in 5-10 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order.

Overseas delivery

Orders for overseas delivery are currently by prior arrangement only. Please email us before you place your order at info@elementsforlife.co.uk or use our contact form.

Delivery outside of the European Union

Please note that any items sent outside of the European Union may be delayed by customs and any extra customs charges will be your responsibility. If you have food in your parcel, this is entirely at your own risk as customs may not let this through.

Returns

You may return items within 7 days for a full refund, providing that they are unopened and un-used and in their original condition.
